This is a new construction project that we installed the fiber cement siding, vinyl soffit with aluminum coil metal on the fascia. And we installed the cedar brackets under the soffits.

In this project we removed all of the old vinyl siding and replaced it with new upgraded double dutch lap siding with a beautiful new color. We also removed some of the old screens and non load post to open up the back enclosed patio. Using Screen Ease, which is a product that can span larger areas. So that the homeowner can have a better view. 

On this job we removed a recalled shingle. The Atlas Chalet shingle was recalled in 2010. We were able to help navigate the insureance claim process and get the best replacement shingle possible. The CertainTeed Landmark Pro.
