Why builders hand us the exterior
A lot of jobs have one crew for wrap, another for siding, another for the roof and another for gutters. Every handoff is another schedule to chase.
We handle the whole exterior as one sub. You make one call, get one bid, and have one company answering for the work from housewrap to the last downspout, with materials and labor included.
What's included
Housewrap. The house is wrapped before any siding goes on.
James Hardie siding and trim. Lap siding, board and batten, shake and trim, installed to your plans.
Roofing. New construction roofs, plus tear-offs when the job calls for them. We're a CertainTeed Shingle Master.
Gutters and downspouts. Installed to finish off the house.
Tongue-and-groove porch ceilings. T&G porch ceilings for front and back porches.
New construction and tear-offs
Most of our builder work is new construction. We also handle tear-offs and residing on remodels and older homes, for builders and homeowners.
Where we work
Newnan, Senoia, Serenbe, Tyrone, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Sharpsburg and the rest of Coweta and Fayette counties, plus south metro Atlanta. If your job is a little outside that area, call and ask.
